Veteran actor Satish Shah recently got the first dose of Corona vaccine in Mumbai. He shared his entire experience on social media. Satish Shah said that he did not take any VIP treatment to get the vaccine and, like the common man, stood in line and waited for the vaccine to be installed.
Did not take advantage of VIP treatment
Satish Shah wrote on social media, ‘Kovid stood in the sun for three hours at BKC to get the vaccine installed. There was an atmosphere of chaos outside but inside there was a very disciplined atmosphere. I also got scolded as to why I did not take advantage of VIP entrance but I liked RK Laxman’s behavior like a common man.
While commenting on the social media post of Satish Shah, a fan raised questions that why VIP culture is necessary even in times of epidemic? Explaining this, Satish Shah explained that there was no special entry for VIPs, but the facility of back door vaccination was definitely provided for aged VIPs and those who got vaccinated on wheel chairs. Other social media users praised Satish Shah, saying, ‘We are proud of you sir, we need more people like you’.
Corona happened last year
Satish Shah was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai after being found corona positive in July last year. Giving information about this, he had told on social media, ‘I am absolutely fine. I have quarantined myself following the protocol. I had a fever, which I managed to cure by taking medicine, but then I got the test done, so I turned out to be corona positive. I was immediately hospitalized after this. I would advise everyone to keep a close watch on the health of yourself and the people around them whenever such a situation arises so that one can take steps before the completion of the application and do not get scared. ‘
69-year-old Satish Shah has worked in many films including Jaane Bhi ‘Do Yaaron’, ‘Hum Saath Saath Saath Hain’, ‘Finding Rahe Jaage’, ‘Fanaa’, ‘Chalte Chalte’.
