After the decision of the Supreme Court, the grand Ram temple is going to be built in Ayodhya. It will begin with Bhoomi Poojan to be held on August 5, which is to be in the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. PM Modi is reaching Ayodhya on August 5. On the other hand, the Shiv Sena has also donated five crore rupees to the Ram Janmabhoomi Trust for the construction of the temple on Sunday.
Apparently, Shiv Sena has also been claiming to struggle for the construction of Ram temple. In 2019, Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray also went to Ayodhya. Shiv Sena Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut had said that his party had overcome the ‘obstacles’ in the construction of the Ram temple.
He said that Shiv Sena had done this not because of ‘political’ but because of faith and because of the feeling of Hindutva.
Shiv Sena MLA Pratap Sarnaik had last month demanded that party president Uddhav Thackeray be invited as the chief guest for the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony to be held for the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya.

Pratap Sarnaik said that the founder of Shiv Sena, the late Bal Thackeray was at the forefront of the temple construction movement. When other leaders do not raise this issue, Uddhav Thackeray has repeatedly raised the demand for construction of Ram temple. The MLA said that it was the Shiv Sena that laid the foundation for the construction of the Ram temple.
He said, ‘We are well aware that all the’ Akhara ‘were fighting for it. A long legal battle was fought for the construction of the temple. Pratap Sarnaik said that there is no question of taking credit for the temple. Uddhav Thackeray visited Ayodhya before becoming Chief Minister last November and even after assuming office. Pratap Sarnaik said that there should be no politics regarding the ceremony to be held on 5 August.
