With the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya, the administration has started acquiring land for development. Two districts will be connected to Ayodhya. In this, the land of about 50 villages from Basti Mandal will be merged in Ayodhya. This land falls on the territory of Saryu.
The administration has started sending notices to villages for their acquisition. To develop Ayodhya from all sides, the administration is also planning to establish a new Ayodhya area, for which the work of acquiring 600 acres of land is underway.
According to the property dealers and real estate businessmen of Ayodhya, there may be a tremendous boom in the property in Ayodhya in the coming days. According to the market price, this boom in property has come up to 3 times.
Real estate businessmen believe that as soon as the construction of Ram temple starts, the demand for hotels, resorts, Dharamsala and food and drink places will increase here.
Real estate businessman Mohammad Nasim said that in Ayodhya, the prices of land were increasing for the last one-and-a-half years. But as the date of land worship and construction came to a close, there was an influx of people who knew about the land here. According to market experts, most of the demand is coming from big businessmen who want to make a hotel and dharamshala here and make arrangements for people to stay.
