Bhoomi Poojan program of construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya has been completed, but has Lord Ram got permanent residence in Ayodhya? According to the sources of Shri Ram Teerth Kshetra Trust, it may take three and a half years to complete the work of the temple. Explain, after the order of the Supreme Court, the Central Government has formed this trust for the construction of the temple.

Champat Rai, an old worker of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, is the chief organizer of the temple construction committee. He told ‘India Today’ that the work of cleanliness and foundation for the construction of the temple is about to begin. Those who are aware of this work believe that it is difficult to start the foundation work during the monsoon. Due to rain, this work may be slowed further.

Champat Rai said that the work of the plinth and ground floor of the temple can take up to 18 months. A member of the temple’s design team says that the construction of plinth and ground floor is the most difficult task. However, the committee is confident that this work will be done easily as its slabs are already ready in the VHP workshop. It may take 14-18 months to build two floors above ground floor. The next six months will take place in the final work of the temple. It includes the work of a peak of 161 feet. 5 domes can be constructed in the temple, which will take maximum time.

Local and corporation rules are also to be followed in temple construction. The design of the temple has been finalized and will be handed over to the Ayodhya Development Authority for clearance. The temple construction committee has also raised a donation of Rs 2 crore for this, which will be paid as clearance fee. There are also problems due to Kovid in construction work. The committee has decided that no government grant will be taken in the construction of the temple. VHP has been engaged in fund raising work, which has 35 years of experience in this work.Vishwa Hindu Parishad was going to reach a large number of people to raise funds for temple construction. The council’s plan was to collect donations from 10-15 crore people, but due to the corona, this work has slowed down considerably. The council is waiting for the phase of the epidemic to end and the work of raising funds is expedited.

The BJP and the RSS big leaders have to take the final decision on how many days the temple is to be ready. If the temple is built in three and a half years, then it will be completed by 2024. This would be the right time for Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as his third term may be revealed at that time. However, the RSS is also concerned about the 2022 assembly elections, which can be seen in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. In view of this, BJP can emphasize on the speed in temple construction.
