Guidelines have been issued to celebrate Independence Day amid the Corona crisis in Uttar Pradesh. While releasing the guidelines, UP Chief Secretary RK Tiwari said that as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the national flag will be hoisted at 9 am on August 15 and there will be a national anthem.
Chief Secretary RK Tiwari said that human chain should not be formed on the occasion of Independence Day due to Corona epidemic. Guidelines issued by the central and state government in educational institutions to protect against corona should be strictly followed.
According to the issued guidelines, students should be told briefly the history of freedom struggle through online medium. Through the online program, the patriots who have been martyred for the country should be told and no meeting should be organized.
RK Tiwari said that Corona Warriors like doctors, health and scavengers should be invited in online programs. People recovering from Corona epidemic should also be linked through online medium. On this occasion, it will also be appropriate that the message of Prime Minister to make India self-reliant is widely publicized.
The chief secretary of the state said that people should be told about the national flag through online medium. Programs at block, tehsil and district level should be organized by following the Kovid guidelines. Tell people online about the schemes of development related governance and also appeal to them for cooperation.
