Shortly before, the Gehlot government removed Sachin Pilot from the post of Deputy CM. With this, the Congress has discharged Sachin Pilot from the post of Rajasthan Pradesh President. Apart from Sachin Pilot, his close ministers Vishvendra Singh and Ramesh Meena have also been removed.
MLAs of the Sachin Pilot faction say that unless there is no guarantee of honor, there will be no withdrawal and honor will not be returned until the leadership changes. According to sources, the pilot group has sent a message to the high command that agreement will be reached only on the removal of Ashok Gehlot from the post of Chief Minister.
Congress leader Randeep Surjewala said that Sachin Pilot got confused and got caught in the BJP trap and started to bring down the Congress government.
