Rajasthan Tape Scandal: Rebel Mla Bhanwarlal Filed Three Petitions In Hc

The political battle of Rajasthan is being fought in the court these days. Another MLA from Sachin Pilot faction has filed three petitions in the Rajasthan High Court. Congress’s suspended MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma has filed a petition in the High Court today seeking cancellation of the FIR lodged by SOG.

The petition filed on behalf of rebel MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma has sought the cancellation of the FIR of the SOG and the FIR of the ACB, as well as the investigation of the FIR registered in the SOG with the NIA. These petitions have been filed by advocate SS Hora.

It is being told that two petitions of rebel MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma will be heard on 4 August. It is worth noting that two audio of the sale and purchase of MLAs were revealed. The Congress had claimed that MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma was dealing with BJP leaders to MLAs. The investigation of this case has been given to SOG and ACB.

On July 17, the Congress suspended two MLAs of the Sachin Pilot camp, Bhanwarlal Sharma and Vishvendra Singh, from the primary membership of the party. The move was taken by the Congress soon after an audio came out of the alleged conversation between MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Jaipur resident Sanjay Jain.

Rajasthan SOG and ACB have registered a case on the complaint of horse trading, the audio has claimed to be the voice of rebel MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma. In such a situation, an attempt was made to collect his voice sample, for which SOG had reached the resort of Manesar, but Bhanwarlal Sharma was not found there.
