In the case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, the Bihar government has also filed an application in the Supreme Court with the Cavite, in which the state government said that the investigation of the case by the Bihar Police should be continued. The government has opposed Riya Chakravati’s demand, in which Riya has said that Bihar Police should be prevented from further investigation as long as her petition is pending in the Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend Riya Chakraborty has made serious allegations against Sushant’s family. Riya has made these allegations in the petition filed in the Supreme Court to transfer the case from Patna to Mumbai. Riya alleges that ADG OP Singh, brother-in-law of Sushant, put pressure in Patna to register an FIR.
Allegations of pressure on friend
Riya Chakraborty also alleges that Siddharth Pithani, friend of Sushant Singh Rajput, was asked by OP Singh and Mitu to question Riya. According to Riya, Siddharth had informed the Mumbai Police about this. Siddharth had sent an email to the Mumbai Police that on July 22, OP Singh and Sushant’s sister Mitu called him and asked him to raise questions about Riya and Sushant’s expenditure on her.
ED asks for details from Patna Police
Meanwhile, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sought details of the FIR of Sushant Singh from Patna Police. In the FIR of Sushant’s father, it was said that about Rs 15 crore was withdrawn from Sushant’s account, which has been accused of Riya Chakraborty. The ED has also asked for all the information regarding the transaction of money in the case.
Bihar Police is going through the account
On the other hand, Bihar Police are also investigating the accounts of Sushant Singh in Mumbai. Yesterday, police arrived at a bank in Bandra for investigation. Information about an account of Sushant was also taken on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Sushant Singh’s father filed a cavity petition in the Supreme Court, stating that the court should not issue any order without hearing his side.
